   Remake Policy   

As per KonekoCustoms customer awareness policy, KonekoCustoms updates you every step of the way on the process of the creation of your ear(s), if there is something you don't like about it, like the trimming or the airbrush job (this must be addressed during an update between yourself and the shop owner [specifically the update in which the problem occurs]) KonekoCustoms will remake your ears at no extra cost to you one time to fix the problem at hand during the update in which you find an error or something not to your liking. 

          The remake policy only applies to ears unless the maker makes a mistake of her own fault that cannot be fixed (airbrush paint spill or hand-sewing on the wrong flowers) and renders the tail, set, or choker/collar different than instructed by the customer/client.

   Customer Awareness Policy   

KonekoCustoms Customer Awareness Policy is a policy implicated for the benefit of both the creator and the customer. As the name suggests, the Customer Awareness Policy is simply there to let you know that the maker will keep you updated on your order, from your payment being processed to each step of the creation process (to give you an idea on how soon your order will be complete), to giving you your tracking number. What makes KonekoCustoms Special is that the maker will give you consistent updates on your order every step of the way on the process of the creation, through direct message, picture updates, and shipping updates (when applicable). If you have any question regarding your order or an update, don't hesitate to ask!
