          KonekoCustoms makes all of their items by hand. There may be some minor flaw or imperfection from time to time, which makes each collar or choker special.

          As part of KonekoCustoms Customer Awareness Policy, KonekoCustoms updates you every step of the way on the process of the creation of your tail. The remake policy does not apply to tails, however, if the maker makes a mistake of her own fault that cannot be fixed (airbrush paint spill or hand-sewing on the wrong flowers) and renders the tail, set, or choker/collar different than instructed by the customer/client, the item will be redone at no charge.
